Aim:

To track and record the implementation of the SIFAR tool with current implementing partners to determine the change it brings about.

Activities:

  • Understanding the resources organisations require to implement the tool
  • Coordinate member organisations implementing the tool
  • Promotion of the tool in the monthly newsletter and via the website as a baseline for measuring impact and change

Intended impact: 

  • Reduced doctor/patient time
  • Improved comprehensive patient information
  • Solid baseline to track change
